“ Signore e Signori questo è un Ristorante non solo con R maiuscola ma con tutte Maiuscole "È IL RISTORANTE" . Piatti assolutamente straordinari serviti con cortesia e gentilezza fantastica, e poi è venuto a trovarci Chef Enzo l'artefice di tante prelibatezze, persona umile e cordiale a cui ho rivolto un inchino per ringraziarlo dei suoi eccellenti piatti. Peccato solo che ero di passaggio perché sarei stato sicuramente un cliente fisso del ristorante . ”
“ Ristorante Braceria al Rifugio di Cava de’ Tirreni è un incantevole ristorante rustico che merita sicuramente una visita. Il locale è molto carino, con un'atmosfera calda e accogliente che mette subito a proprio agio. Il servizio è stato eccellente, grazie al cameriere con la barba e gli occhiali che ci ha servito. La sua cortesia e disponibilità hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. I piatti sono stati davvero squisiti. La parmigiana di melanzane era ricca di sapore, la burrata era fresca e cremosa, e la tagliata di carne era succulenta e perfettamente cotta. Anche la presentazione dei piatti è stata curata nei minimi dettagli, rendendo ogni portata un piacere non solo per il palato ma anche per gli occhi. L'unica nota negativa riguarda l’accessibilità in sedia a rotelle. Dopo aver parcheggiato l'auto, abbiamo dovuto affrontare numerose scalinate, poiché il parcheggiatore non ci aveva informato che sarebbe stato più facile accedere dal cancello superiore. Questo ha reso l'accesso al ristorante piuttosto complicato per noi. Il prezzo finale è stato in linea con le aspettative, riflettendo la qualità eccellente dei piatti e del servizio. Nonostante la difficoltà iniziale con l'accessibilità, ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Ristorante Braceria al Rifugio è un luogo da non perdere per chi ama la buona cucina e un'atmosfera autentica. ”
“ Pranzo di Pasqua: antipasto classico buono, primi molto buoni sia i ravioli che i mammoli (gnocchi), secondo un po' carente sia per la quantità (4 patate novelle numerate) sia per la qualità (carne abbastanza secca e giusto due pezzettini). Bella vista, luogo molto tranquillo. ”
“ Ci sono stato a cena ed era anche in tarda serata le 22,30.Devo fare i complimenti al servizio e alla cucina. Carne deliziosa e prezzi più che onesti. Di sicuro ci ritorneremo, nient'altro da raggiungere.Ci siamo ritornati dopo 7 mesi e stavolta per mangiare pietanze di pesce, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia per la bontà e freschezza del pesce che ci è stato servito che per il servizio. Anche se era di sabato ed il locale affollatissimo siamo stati serviti in tempi più che accettabili. Unica pecca del Rifugio credo sia la poca disponibilità di posti auto delle due aree parcheggi,logicamente dipende dal giorno e dall'orario. Complimenti alla cucina e a tutto il personale di sala. ”

“ Apr-May 2022. During our stay in the region we visited this restaurant multiple times. It’s a large restaurant located on a hill that overlooks the valley on one side. They have a menu for primi, roasted fish and meat and a separate pizza menu. Dishes from both menus were equally good. In fact we ate one of the best pizzas we ever had in Italy. On separate occasions, we sampled the primi (very good) and we also took a selection of fish, which were grilled to perfection. The deserts were also of high quality. The service was quick and friendly, and could adapt to wishes from kids. The wine menu is abundant and good, with a focus on local wines of high quality. All in all very, good value for money. Only downside is that’s it’s a bit difficult to reach by car, but that is par for course in this region. There is ample parking space on site. Would definitely recommend if you are in the region. ”

Price is fair. Tip: if only booking for 1-2 small tables (each can sit 4 people), you can ask for the ones that have the view on Cava, to give you dinner a nice panorama :) ”
“ I've been to this beautiful restaurant twice in the past few months. The food is Wonderful and the service impeccable. Everything is lovely.. from Roberto greeting us at the door, the delicious appetizer and proseco they start your meal with, to the perfectly cooked steaks! It's all amazing. It's really a great place for family meals also. I will continue to go back as often as I can. ”
